Catering + event Services Terms & Conditions
Once a Contract is signed or A deposit is paid or received by Bees And Thank You; all clients are bound by these terms and conditions; effective immediately.
All events are rain or shine unless otherwise stated in signed contract.
No rain dates or rescheduling unless otherwise stated in signed contract.
In the event of a cancellation, Bees And Thank You shall retain the deposit as well as any other incurred expenses relating to the client event.
No refunds or credits will be given once deposit payment has been made; effective immediately.
In the event of a “late start” or “early closure” due to circumstances beyond our control; Bees And Thank You will try our best to rectify the situation. In these rare situations; Bees And Thank You Lc reserve the right to retain the full amount agreed upon in our invoice and any further discounts, refunds, or credits will be dispersed solely at our discretion.
All communications of any type are subject to monitoring and recording by Bees And Thank You Lc representatives. In doing business with us you agree to this monitoring and recording for both quality assurance and problem resolution. These forms of communication include but are not limited to: emails, text messages, direct messages on social media, calls, voicemails, and in person conversations. Additionally these communications include any: emails, phone numbers, associated accounts on 3rd party platform apps and softwares. These commutations may be between any accounts associated with Bees And Thank You Lc, employees, owners, subcontractors and any accounts associated with any client’s, employees, owners, or subcontractors.
Bees And Thank You Lc, its employees, independent contractors, and all related or involved parties will not be held liable for any damages, maintenance, repairs, cleanings, trash removals, or any other incident fees incurred as a result of mobile food truck catering or other event services at client’s arranged event.
